Every plan download includes a ZIP file containing AutoCAD (.dwg), PDF, and A1-print-ready drawings. This covers architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing sheets — everything your contractor and council need.
Yes. All plans can be modified by our in-house architects. Common modifications include changing room sizes, moving walls, adjusting the number of bedrooms, or adapting the design to a specific plot. Contact us after purchase for a free modification quote.
Your download link is valid for 72 hours after purchase. If it expires, simply log in to your account under "My Orders" and re-generate a fresh link at any time — free of charge.
Our plans are drawn to standard architectural specifications and include all sheets typically required for local authority submission. However, approval processes vary by country and municipality. We recommend engaging a local registered architect to countersign if required in your area.
